| General
Information The TenPercentDividends.com
(TPD) system is over fifteen (15) years old. It was using
word-of-mouth advertising and subscribers sending checks. Subscriber
information was kept on Yahoo mailing lists. When the subscriber count
passed a medium four-figure number in October 2003, we created both
the TPD website and the use of PayPal for accepting credit cards
and/or monthly payments.
The TPD subscriber database contains only the
email address and password you furnished when you subscribe. TPD has a
strict "No Spam" policy.
Please read the TPD "Terms of Use" agreement in its
entirety with special emphasis on paragraph 7. "7. NO RESALE OF
SERVICE: You (subscriber) agree not to forward, reproduce, duplicate,
copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion
of the Service, information provided by the Service, use of the
Service, or access to the Service." We have had incidents where
TPD subscribers furnished TPD information to non-subscribers, which
resulted in cancellation of the subscription of the source of the TPD
information. Any serious investor can afford a personal TPD
subscription since it only costs $25 a month or $300 per year. Almost
all of our subscribers collect $25 to $300 in cash dividends on their
first investment.
The fourth quarter, October 1 thru December 31, of
each year is when large per share "special" dividends
are paid by REIT’s, etc. to comply with Federal income tax
regulations. Most of these cash dividends will be tax-free "returns of
capital".
TPD subscription fees are fully deductible on your
Federal income taxes. We suggest you pay your annual TPD subscription
fee before the end of the calendar year to obtain an "investment
expense" tax deduction.
Some potential TPD subscribers will express doubt
that such cash dividend payments are available. Please refer to the
TPD website home page for the latest statistics which are updated
every weekend.
Please contact us anytime if you have any questions
that are not answered by the website, the enclosed documents, wish to
share success stories of investing for 10% dividend yields, and
suggestions to improve our service. Again, welcome from the other TPD
staff members and myself. |
